Kongres Nasional ILP2MI (Ikatan Lembaga Penalaran & Penelitian Mahasiswa Indonesia) ke-4

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Tahun ini Universitas Sumatera Utara akan menjadi tuan rumah pelaksanaan Kongres Nasional ILP2MI (Ikatan Lembaga Penalaran & Penelitian Mahasiswa Indonesia) ke-4, dimana tahun 2012 yang menjadi tuan rumah Kongres ini adalah Universitas Tanjungpura.

Oleh karena itu, tahun ini "2013" UKM Inkubator Sains USU dan SGC USU proudly present : "KONGRES NASIONAL ILP2MI 4".

Adapun Kongres ini akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 7-11 Mei 2013 di Universitas Sumatera Utara. Nama kegiatan "Formasi" (Forum Riset Mahasiswa Indonesia) dengan tema "Mengukuhkan Karakter Bangsa melalui Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan". Berikut rangkaian bentuk kegiatan selama "Kongres Nasional ILP2MI 4" :

1. Kongres Nasional ILP2MI (Mahasiswa2 UKM Penalaran & Penelitian dari berbagai Universitas se-Indonesia).

2. Seminar Nasional tentang Pendidikan, Kebudayaan & Pariwisata (Mahasiswa PTN/PTS di Indonesia, LSM, NGO dan Masyarakat Umum).

3. Lomba Karya Tulis Nasional & Poster Ilmiah (Peserta yang hanya tergabung dalam keanggotaan ILP2MI dari masing-masing UKM berbagai Universitas se-Indonesia).

4. Pameran Ilmiah (Peserta berasal dari UKM (Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa), HMD, kegiatan kelompok / komunitas).

5. Field Trip (Peserta Kongres ILP2MI 4 akan berkunjung berbagai tempat bersejarah dan pariwisata Sumut khususnya Medan).

Djarum Beasiswa Plus Tahun 2013/2014

• UMUM :
  1. Sedang menempuh Tingkat Pendidikan Strata 1 (S1) pada semester IV dari semua disiplin ilmu.
  2. IPK minimum 3.00 pada semester III.
  3. Dapat mempertahankan IPK minimum 3.00 hingga akhir semester IV.
  4. Aktif mengikuti kegiatan organisasi baik di dalam maupun di luar Kampus.
  5. Tidak sedang menerima beasiswa dari pihak lain


• ADMINISTRASI :
  1. Mengisi Form Pendaftaran secara online di website ini
  2. Fotocopy Kartu Hasil Studi semester III.
  3. Fotocopy sertifikat kegiatan organisasi/surat keterangan aktif berorganisasi.
  4. Surat keterangan dari Kampus tidak sedang menerima beasiswa dari pihak lain.
  5. Satu lembar foto ukuran 4 x 6 cm berwarna memakai jas almamater.


• PENDAFTARAN : 7 April - 31 Mei 2013

• Daftar Perguruan Tinggi Program Djarum Beasiswa Plus

• TES SELEKSI : 1 Juni - 20 Agustus 2013
• Tes Potensi Akademik (TPA) dan Wawancara.
•  VERIFIKASI : 21 Agustus - 30 Agustus 2013
  Memastikan kandidat yang lolos tes seleksi dapat mempertahankan IPK minimum 3.00 pada akhir semester IV.
•  
• PENGUMUMAN : 31 Agustus 2013
  Dapat dilihat di website ini dan juga tersedia di Bagian Kemahasiswaan Kampus.

Van Deventer-Maas Stichting Scholarship

WELCOME

Welcome to the pre-registration for the scholarships of the Van Deventer-Maas Stichting (VDMS)
Through this you are given the opportunity to pre-register.
You have to fulfill certain requirements to be eligible for our scholarships. You have to:

1. Be talented, have an IPK of at least 3.00 in the last odd semester
2. Come from underprivileged (“tidak mampu”) family
3. Study a certain discipline.

4. Come from an SMA in a certain region.
   [?]

Our scholarships are given from the 2nd year through the 4th year, maximal 3 years (i.e. S1).
The scholarship is an additional one, not a full grant. We pay an additional examination bonus and a TOEFL bonus if your score is more than 500. We give our grantees also the opportunity for extra training (leadership, entrepreneurship etc)
Pre-registration steps
The pre-registration consists of two steps:
STEP ONE. Submit your basic data before 26th of March 2013. After that day your pre-registration will not be accepted anymore.
STEP TWO. When you are selected by the university/academy as a potential candidate, you have to submit before 30th of April additional data and documents:

1. Proofs of the underprivileged state of your parents or family : letter from Lurah (SKTM), family card (KK), or the statement and recommendation from your university or academy, that you are economically underprivileged, and as such accepted in the first year.
2. Proof of your IPK (> 3,0) in the last odd semester of  the current year

In STEP ONE of the pre-registration you have to declare that you are able to deliver these proofs before the deadline given. If not, you can’t be proposed to VDMS.
Follow up
After you have passed STEP TWO and delivered all the required documents, you will be proposed by the university/academy for a scholarship to VDMS.
If you are accepted, you will receive your grant at the end of the first month of the new study year, which can be July, August or September.
Your grant will be paid directly to your bank account.
